Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC "Le Murate" Organic Certified is a fresh and aromatic white wine that expresses the genuineness and purity of the Abruzzo region. Sourced from the hilly Teramo area, situated at 250-300 meters above sea level, this Trebbiano thrives on calcareous-clayey soils of medium texture, ideal for producing high-quality grapes. The vineyards, ranging in age from 15 to 35 years, are cultivated using the traditional Abruzzo pergola system, with a planting density ranging from 1,600 to 5,000 plants per hectare.

The harvest takes place in the second or third decade of September, with careful selection of the grapes to ensure they are picked at the perfect stage of ripeness. In the cellar, the Trebbiano is vinified with fermentation at low temperatures (12°-13°C) in stainless steel tanks for a period of 30-40 days, a technique that preserves the fresh, delicate aromas typical of the grape variety.

The wine matures on its lees for 3 months with weekly bâtonnage, a practice that adds complexity and structure to the wine. Bottle aging, lasting for one month, completes the process, providing balance and freshness.

In the glass, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC "Le Murate" has a brilliant straw-yellow color. The nose is intense and rich with aromas of white flowers and citrus notes, evoking freshness and delicacy. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with a pleasant salty note that makes each sip refreshing and inviting.

This Trebbiano is perfect for pairing with seafood dishes such as seafood salads and raw fish, but it also pairs wonderfully with risottos, stuffed vegetables, and wok-prepared dishes, enhancing the freshness and saltiness of the food.

Limited production: 40,000 bottles of 750 ml, a wine that captures all the freshness and authenticity of our land.
